Pros

Although the market is getting mature, it is still exciting with lots of opportunities The Elo brand is well-known in the touch market, and therefore customers trust us.

Cons

Not enough innovation. This is what customers expect now. Management has very ambitious financial goals for the next couple of years, but we still don't know how to achieve them.

With the pressure of touch components and monitors becoming commodities, there is the clear recognition and drive to find and develop new markets with higher value add. Great people, focused on getting it done.

Cons

Frequent changes in senior management provided frequent directional changes and resulting instability with the organization.
