Great team, people care, smart developers, great work life balance. Company is working to put employees first, and make sure that the employees are appreciated for their efforts. Work being done to keep morale high and bring in quality employees to grow the business. Profitable company without the worry of financial issues many small companies face.

Cons

Fast paced environment can sometimes create stress for certain types of people.

Pros

The people who work here are talented, motivated and friendly. Being able to work from home from time to time was nice for a work/life balance.

Cons

The CEO wont let anything come to life that he doesn't think of himself, and has no trust in any of his employees. Overall he thinks he can do everyones job better, and micromanages every project no matter how small.

Pros

The people are excellent. Every department is staffed with incredibly talented people who come up with creative ways to work with each other to get their jobs done. The dev manager is a great manager who shields devs from as much of the storm from above as he can while supporting and encouraging professional development.

Cons

All of the cons come down to empowerment. The CEO refuses to give up control of even the most trivial decisions and further cannot articulate what he wants. There are always excuses made as to why now isn't the right time to let anyone else have authority. Every department must get approval from the CEO for some routine tasks.
