Cons
The company got bought by Pathwire/Mailgun/Sinch, but it hasn't changed from the horrible reviews I've read from before the purchase. The leadership is totalitarian, offering nothing but criticism, negativity, and threats. The demand for perfection while supplying as little training, internal support documentation, and help of any kind is jarring. For a company that claims to cherish their workforce, they work really hard to demotivate you as much as humanly possible. I've been threatened and forced into impossible positions, blamed for failure while being deprived of the tools for success. The hypocrisy and two-faced nature of the culture is suffocating, and leaves you feeling less than.
