      Pros

      Great PTO and benefits. Having worked with every department and the executives I feel the culture and good nature is reflective in every single employee’s output and general demeanor. We have A product people want and it doesn’t sell itself it takes the drive and ambition of everyone working here.

      Pros

      This company has grown so much over the 2+ years that I have been part of the team and I see only opportunities in our future. The company is always focused on what we can do to be better and I see this same drive in all of our employees. The executive team does a great job of being transparent. I love that we still make time to have fun, the culture is great.

      Cons

      If you don't take growth and opportunities for learning into your own hands, you may not see as much change as you would like. But, on the flip side, if you push for your own advancement, leadership is always excited and willing to help you get where you want to be.
