Pros

If there are any pros to working here, I didn't stay long enough to find out.

Cons

Poor leadership, an insane amount of drama. If you think your current employment situation sucks, think again. It will get much worse if you decide to go here. I only lasted a month, could not even honor my 2 weeks notice, that's how bad it was. They provide you with minimal training, throw you to the wind, then talk about how bad you perform. It's an absolute joke there. I feel like an absolute idiot for leaving my old place of employment to go to Emblem, what a complete waste of my time, resources, and brain power.

Pros

none to speak of anymore... the company has taken them all away....

Cons

After working here for decades, our new leader came in in September and by December had announced that she was outsourcing our entire IT dept to India. I now spend my days being forced to train my Indian counterparts, or else I wont get my severance. When I.T. is gone, the plan is to outsourced claims and customer service next. Great way to treat your employees! Stay away from this company... they are going down the tubes fast....

Pros

Sorry, nothing to add here.

Cons

Extremely poor performance has lead the organization to actively seek significant cost reductions. Recent changes in leadership should have brought hope and incentive to organization but have instead continued the regimented pounding of the staff. Big emphasis on farming current employees to consultant firms to reduce costs and save money. Severance changes leave employees with few options. Stay and earn even less or leave and get nothing, seems to be the new philosophy toward the staff. It is not possible for me in good conscious to recommend this organization.
