Pros

The people (not on executive or C level) are great to work with for the most part.

Cons

New CEO brought on in January is questionable at best, seems to only be at the company for his own interest (aka making a lot of money), rather than growing the business or creating a great company. HR department (or the unofficial HR department) is atrocious at best. Did not have a good off-boarding experience and felt blamed for not being happy at my job and guilt-tripped for leaving.

Pros

The front line teams are hard working, but severely overworked.

Cons

Job security is a concern: The company initially stated there would be no more layoffs after the first round in March of 2024, but just three months later, another round of layoffs occurred in July. Toxic executive leadership: The executive team, driven by personal connections, fosters a toxic work environment. There’s a lack of direction and support from the top, with a focus on self-interest. No US culture: The company has no meaningful culture, especially for those outside of Ireland. If you're not based there, you're essentially invisible and excluded from any sense of community or belonging. Significant downsizing: The U.S. team has been reduced significantly over the last year, contributing to a sense of instability. Focus on cost-saving over innovation: The parent company prioritizes cost reductions rather than investing in growth or innovation. Declining business: Overall business performance has been shrinking, leading to concerns about the company’s future.
