They don't care about mental health - Customer Service Representative ContactPoint 360 Employee Review

After a few months of working at the company as a customer service representative, I started to notice several negative situations with the company, such as non consultant schedule changes, incomplete pay checks, zero growth opportunities if you are not envolved or friend's with one of the managers, which made me develop a lot of mental health issues, such as anxiety attacks on the workspace, which management did nothing about to make me feel better, making me go back to the phones after a few hours later, also harassment from one of the team leads, firing people for no reason and making a lot of employees feel really uncomfortable with his behaviour.
