Thank you for your candid feedback and for recognizing the great people who work at CoreDial. We value our team members above all else and believe that hiring and retaining exceptional people is a critical component to our company’s success. Our rapid growth and accomplishments would not have been possible without offering competitive compensation and benefit packages as well as recognizing the achievements of high performers with promotions and other incentives. There are dozens of our employees that have started as junior level employees and, as a result of their work and achievement, have been promoted multiple times, some of whom now manage entire departments in our company today. Investing in the development and growth of our employees is important to us. We are working hard to develop training and development programs to help employees at all levels grow in their careers. We are also working hard to actively foster a culture of empowerment with accountability so that people’s ideas and concerns are listened to and acted on. Keeping employees engaged and growing is both exciting and challenging when we have so many bright people and we hope that these initiatives along with others will help employees succeed with us long-term.
