Lots of access to court and trial work, excellent coworkers, very mission driven.

Challenging job emotionally and intellectually.

Benefits are great and some coworkers are wonderful. There is a feeling that you make a difference even though you are never recognized for it.

Work environment is very cliquey in a negative daily. More gossip than a henhouse. Some are not able to agree to disagree and still be pleasant to work with. The pay scale could use a bit of work as some work very hard and do not complain. Others do the bare minimum and paid the same wage.
