Toxic work environment. Lack of support from HR and upper management. In a meeting, shared with the supervisor and HR about being cussed out by coworkers, yelled at, and the toxic environment at the employee workplace. HR responded with “then why do you still work here?” HR would not look at 20+ pages of documentation about the work environment and the supervisor. They said they trust their supervisor’s perspective. They would not talk to coworkers to prove the inconsistency and inaccurate accusations from the supervisor. So, you are completely defenseless as an employee, even with documentation.
