Pros
Transparent culture (regular company-wide standups) Has definitely successfully surpassed growing pains, for the most part High level of trust among teams Friendly, collaborative environment (many colleagues are friends outside of work) Good work life balance (depends on department) Challenging work, constant new initiatives - work rarely gets stale Supporting professional development (cross-team lunch and learns, employees switching teams for career change)
Cons
Not as innovative or at the forefront of disrupting e-commerce as one would think, but management for the most part is receptive to hearing and executing ideas (again, dependent on department).
