Need a sr leader that advocates for their team

Senior management is not in NYC so they don’t care that the HQ is in the pits of brooklyn - this is a big mistake and shows lack of care for morale of team. They are checked out but their direct reports Can’t Ever check out

The company was vibrant and energetic under the old leadership over 5+ years ago. Once the Tesla executive came in, it became top heavy, overly ambitious, and management just diminished a successful operation that was already running well. Management wasn't listening to concerns of issues that were disrupting operations until it was too late. The focus on an enjoyable workplace diminished almost entirely, and the energy was depleting. I've heard folks on different team complain about a toxic culture within their departments. People team leadership is inefficient and supportive the way it used to be under other leadership. Who does one turn to within the people team if the leadership is inadequate??? I had a lot of hope for things to change here. They got rid of the salesman CEO and brought in seasoned Brick & Mortar blood to operate an ecommerce company...make it make sense here.

no cons that I could come up with

Meetings being rescheduled is a bit of the norm. Rationale tends to come from upper management meetings changing and that trickles down. Can be changed once identified/acknowledged by the senior leaders (hope they see this lol).
