The people are amazing and very talented. It can be a great environment depending on your direct report. The company also offers great benefits.
Cons
Pay is LOWWW. The company can be a bit disorganized at times and management for the most part is very inexperienced and ENTITLED. Teams aren't aligned due to constant lack of communication. Most people never worked anywhere else before Moda - very entitled rich kids. The company just got a new CEO from Tesla. He brought in many of his friends from Tesla - some of whom got promotions within three months of being there. Many long time employees demoted and decided to move once the new CEO was hired. So much NEPOTISM. Company stopped daily catering that we've had for years with only a weeks notice! Best Christmas gift ever - a deduction in salary! No value for employees. New CEO thinks everyone is disposal if they aren't on board with his plans. Lacking strong culture. Many employees disgruntled.
