Pros
The Moda Operandi name on your resume and flexibility in scheduling if not full time.
Cons
Unorganized, chaotic and overnight hours (your choice though). Countless times when working at 7 pm to 4 am shift, the girls in charge of what was being shot would give me 10-15 more pieces to shoot 30 minutes before wrapping time. It takes them a month to give you your payments. My invoices have been misplaced, so I received payments late. You have one shift to shoot 2 collections, where each one could have 35 looks. One look could have up to 4 pieces to shoot and the director expects it to look perfect every time, while the coordinators are rushing you. The place is truly chaotic and the environment is ok...definitely tension. Every time I worked, I heard someone complaining about something.
