Pros
-- Moda has some good hardworking people who truly want to see the org. grow and believe in the mission (though most of these are hourly employees with no true decision-making power) -- A good concept
Cons
-- There are so many egos in the room it's hard to actually be productive -- Petty/toxic/archaic work environment (and loves every second of it) -- Managers are not properly trained and rely heavily on the work of their team without making any real contributions themselves -- Addressing concerns in productivity turns into a witch hunt on whistleblower an fuels unecessary gossip -- The company as a whole is so rooted in privilege that it's not fundamentally build to support/assist its black employees
