Pros

- 50% discount - Nice offices - Respected in the luxury / fashion space - Unlimited PTO - New leadership is striving towards profitability and modernizing to be competitive

Cons

- Although PTO's unlimited, some legacy hires questioned your work ethic for taking time (even a reasonable amount and if there are plans to manage workload) - Moda was on the verge on bankruptcy, had massive layoffs, and has pretty much never been profitable...and it's not a young start up - Most layoffs were handled poorly (a la Zoom announcement over a year before Better.com made headlines for doing the same) - Layoffs aside, there's a huge turnover / attrition problem...for good reason - New leadership seems to be turning Moda into Neiman's (Jim is from NMG), may be harder for Moda to differentiate among etailers/retailers - Too reactive, and not enough strategy - leadership has barely communicated tangible plans / roadmaps over the last year - Moda says it's fashion tech...it's not tech - A lot of egos typical with fashion, but think it's getting better - Complaints from employees of color...one that turned into a lawsuit
