Pros
- I love working with my team. - The company has improved significantly since Jim joined, both culture-wise and overall performance. - Most, if not all, of the company's most toxic people from the Ganesh era have either been fired or quit, all of which followed his own unceremonious and long overdue exit. - The better folks who have stayed on board are very much valued, and our leaders let us know. - Cross-department trust and cooperation has been repaired in the majority of areas. - Non-monetary corporate values are more prominent, and recent world and domestic tragedies are addressed with dignity and sincerity by Jim. - Even Lauren seems to be a little more participatory in her company, which is an improvement from her near total absence until 2021 hit.
Cons
- Business focus still tends to shift from time to time. - Some folks can still be stubborn, but not quite as bad as prior. - We could use more staff in some important areas. - HR has become a bit of a sore point. - Jim's "camera-on" policy during all-hands meetings is misguided.
