Netscout has an "employee first" culture which is also known as "Lean But Not Mean" - Book authored by our CEO; Great Benefits - PTO, Stock purchase Plan, Healthcare/Insurance and rewards the employees with Bonus at all levels when company is performing good and meeting the objectives; Company is Innovative and founder led. One of the best aspects for me is the company's culture to give back to the community through the "Heart of Giving Program" which is very generous and allows employees to leverage the resources from this program and do good to the communities we live in.
