Pros
Great technology and products, senior team is very focused on delivering great solutions and make the customer happy. Salary is good and benefits are great.
Cons
Micro management on some level tends to frustrate when working on remote or home offices. Lack of marketing efforts at high level jeopardize the efforts to grow. Company doesn't have a defined channel strategy which prevents the growth on emerging markets.
