Pros
Good group of very smart people. The company does care for its employees, and you can see that in the long tenure of most employees. Senior management is very deliberate in guiding the direction of the company, from development through sales. NetScout knows what it wants to be.
Cons
The environment is not necessarily for the entrepreneurial at heart. Although input is accepted and encouraged, the company's entire direction comes strictly from the CEO. The CEO is very smart, and has done well with the company over its history, so things are bad, just don't expect to help drive vision.
