Pros
Netscout has a strict policy against lay offs. Even in the worst of times, Netscout has never let anyone go. Work culture is relaxed and most people have been with the company for 10+ years.
Cons
There is very little growth in this company. Be it financial, or career wise. The pay is very low compared to industrials standards, to start with, and the yearly hikes are always less than 4%; sometimes entirely skipped. The job feels like a dead end job, and people don't leave, new people are not hired, and there is basically no room to grow.
