Pros

—The skillset and problem-solving mindset is transferrable towards other disciplines/professions. —More or less decent pay if you [are below 30, single, and] get enrolled into specific campaigns. —Most people are friendly and easy to work with. —Young environment. Most youngsters look up to you if you are mature enough, friendly and knowledgeable. —It is easy to get bonuses even though they could be improved. —Operations Director and AMs listen to agents' feedback and make improvements as long as upper management allows them to. —They may overlook a few late arrivals as long as you request MUT and have an outstanding rolling 6 weeks. —You get an additional half salary (extra prima) on March and October for each year completed at certain campaigns as long as you retain your CSR position.

Cons

—Insufficient training that leads to mediocre performance. You need to scout your own information outside the work environment if you really want to be the best at what you do. —Initial benefits such as bonuses and other perks tend to be removed over time. Lots of agents depend on them to make ends meet. —The only way to get promoted is by 'chopping' heads through action forms and knowing the right people. Being knowledgeable isn't enough. —Most of the time people with way less life experience or skills gets promoted. —Little to no room for solving problems outside the box. —PTSD from dealing with rude customers on a frequent basis. —Poor work-life balance. —You definitely need your own vehicle, specially if your shift ends after 9 PM. Corporate transportation is a mess. —Only got promotion offers right after I submitted my resignation letter. —Being promoted to staff member means that you will lose the additional half salary (extra prima) on March and October.

Pros

I have a job and have met some amazing people in my role.

Cons

I've been here for almost a year and I was hired on with a medical field company which is what I applied for, I was not made aware that at anytime my position could be changed and I could be randomly put with another company. As of today I am with my 3 "campaign" not anything close to what I was hired on for. My training experience here has been the absolute worst every campaign has a thrown to the wolves mentality and you'll either sink or swim and we will fire you when you fail ethic. The pay sucks it is not competitive or an incentive to want to stay. There are no raises or bonuses. PTO is denied constantly even when put in far enough in advance. Each new campaign that I have been forced into has also come with at least 5 weeks of training time that days off were banned for so in the 11 months I've been here I've been required to work 15 weeks plus ongoing black out PTO days as well. People ask me if where I work is hiring and I tell them they don't want to work here. Also moving into better positions is impossible.
