There really aren't any outside of it being a multicultural company, but even that works against it

Salary is usually paid on time but it often has issues where parts of the bonuses are missing, these are usually rectified within a month, but sometimes it takes longer Bad management overall, even if your direct management acts like they want to do something to help, upper management is just inhuman and only sees people as numbers, preferring to cause high rotativity with employees burning out and quitting or having to go on medical leave, instead of making accomodations Management can be vengeful, and they are often delegating theirs tasks to their employees, this can be from management being overworked, which again is a problem coming from upper management, or simple incompetence and not wanting to do the work as we can often see them just talking to other managers The company has an internal hotline that is supposed to protect their employees, every time it was used, to my knowledge, the replies can be summed up in "everything is fine as far as we can see" either the investigation is lackluster, or the company truly just doesn't care about discrimination and overworked employees The schedules are inconsistent, again this stems from poor management, leaving the schedules to the last minute possible and it has even happened that a colleague was asked to change his schedule on the day, on that note, management constantly contacting their employees outside of work hours When there were strikes there were efforts from management to stop information related to the strike, there were also efforts to fill up the spots left by the people striking in order to diminish the impact of their absence Management throwing the fault of their errors unto others, this is probably also why they delegate their tasks instead of doing them, when these tasks were refused there were "mentions" of their contracts not being permanent yet so they could be demoted Assigning tasks unrelated to the role, for example asking people to work as trainers when they are not being paid as trainers Refusing extra days off, you work during holidays but then you can't enjoy those days due to management constantly refusing all requests due to being "understaffed", but then no one is hired for the team for almost a year When the team finally gets new people, it's former management that got demoted and has no training or even will to be part of the team, making a mockery of the agents that were making efforts to be seen and hopefully get promotions The bonuses are there mostly to dangle a carrot since every single thing is an excuse to cut the bonus until there is nothing left This year there was an incredible raise of 9 euros, I can only assume this was so the company could claim they are not paying the minimum national wage since that would be the salary otherwise This company constantly claims it is the best place to work, but it keeps doing more and more cuts and creating an environment of uncertainty and fear, they couldn't even give their employees the 20 euro gift card they usually gave everyone for Christmas, or do any Christmas event like in past years There is a constant pressure to do extra hours through an artificial urgency, this is not a life or death scenario, no one will die if this report is delivered on Monday instead of Friday, but through this pressure they can overwork their employees instead of hiring reasonable amounts of people, or simply saying no to tasks when it becomes clear it is impossible to keep up
