Pros

It's a paycheck, meager though it was.

Cons

Still waiting for 2018 w-2. Was not told it was a temporary position until the day I started. Break area not sufficient for the number of employees.. only 6 microwaves for everyone to use during a 30 minute lunch break. Team leads not mature enough to handle the position. .. I saw in charge an agent for tossing a 3 inch nerf football to another agent during a very slow call period. Also, not enough functional equipment for all of the agents. Since time is monitored on the computer, we couldn't 'clock ' until we found a working computer with a working soft phone. That could sometimes take upwards of 20 minutes but we weren't allowed to arrive more than 5 minutes before our scheduled start time. Team leads also would not adjust our time claiming we should arrive early enough to find a computer. Shall I go on?

Pros

Global company with contracts with many different high-profile companies. They definitely don't want to let go of people. Will try everything they can to try to get you on a position that will keep your pay if you switch contracts. I started working in an office and transitioned to a work from home position. They handled that transition for me very well, but I do feel lucky as many other employees had different experiences than me. Very inclusive team!

Cons

Fast pace environment that does not necessarily feel organized all the time. Even though I thrive in fast pace work, some contracts are managed better than others. Feels more like a temp agency than a proper workplace with so many contracts. If the company we are contracted with does not want our employees anymore, they can cut people at any time. This will trigger TP to transfer you to a new project/contract. Working in the office was quite the drama at the time. If you work in an office, best to focus on yourself and keep your head down to avoid drama.
