Pros

They did pay on-time, in todays world that is an absolute positive. Remote work.

Cons

Training was not informative enough many left without understanding their job. After my entire household caught Covid (my husband was hospitalized) my contract was ended. (Since it was work at home I still tried to take calls but it was impossible) Operations Manager suggested I apply for leave of course since I was contract employee, I was unable to from ADP. I was never coached or written up for the absence I offered my husbands hospital and contact information he was there 2 weeks they could have easily verified the information but instead they simply chose to end my contract. The training was very bad in comparison to other companies that I've worked for usually a UHC SME is present to make sure the trainings are followed exactly but this was the case with Teleperformance. The License team needs to go back to training and perhaps are just over-worked half the information they gave me was wrong if you do decide to work here do check everything you are told with your own resources. Benefits were atrocious their medical coverage is basically a catastrophic plan not fit for anyone you will instead go with Obamacare its really sad. They will say they will help you pay for your education but really its I think a 5% discount that they probably get as a finders fee.

Pros

I have a job and have met some amazing people in my role.

Cons

I've been here for almost a year and I was hired on with a medical field company which is what I applied for, I was not made aware that at anytime my position could be changed and I could be randomly put with another company. As of today I am with my 3 "campaign" not anything close to what I was hired on for. My training experience here has been the absolute worst every campaign has a thrown to the wolves mentality and you'll either sink or swim and we will fire you when you fail ethic. The pay sucks it is not competitive or an incentive to want to stay. There are no raises or bonuses. PTO is denied constantly even when put in far enough in advance. Each new campaign that I have been forced into has also come with at least 5 weeks of training time that days off were banned for so in the 11 months I've been here I've been required to work 15 weeks plus ongoing black out PTO days as well. People ask me if where I work is hiring and I tell them they don't want to work here. Also moving into better positions is impossible.
