The company has a great mission - helping students get into the best universities they can by showcasing the student's best attributes. I love the fact that the company's primary focus is on the customer experience because it sets the cultural tone for the entire company.

Cons

The company is a start-up and there is some bumps and bruises that come along with any start-up but because the trajectory of the company is so positive, you know that all the hard work now will pay off immensely in the future.
