Pros

I've worked at several college counseling companies and I think Empowerly has been the best one. The community is very supportive and responsive when I have specific questions about my students and they were able to get me students quickly. The office hours, training, and tools in the Empowerly Portal have made my life easier as a college counselor.

Pros

We get high intent inbound leads which is better than my first sales role where it was mostly outbound, high pay compared to my last role at a startup, colleagues are helpful and great people, company growing very fast, felt like I've had significant learning and growth opportunities

Cons

The pace is intense and hours can be long. While I like the intensity, I've felt burnt out some days. It can also be unpredictable - some days/weeks I get many leads and others I get few.
