Pros

I don’t have anything positive to say about this place

Cons

Parking is terrible, the rules for parking is stupid, the nurses are bullies. I started the new grad program and in the 2nd week of nursing, I was bullied by my preceptors and no one did anything about it. Avoid working in 4SS, lot of favoritism and groupies, they don’t make you feel welcomed

Pros

I worked at Edward Elmhurst Healthcare prior to becoming Endeavor. I love that, at the time, its leadership was mostly run by former nurses. This impacted the support and excellent treatment of the nurses. Plus, this company had great be benefits too.

Cons

The pay was mediocre, not great but not terrible.
