      Sometimes, too laid back. 90% of staff is very immature - sometimes feels like I'm back in high school ... Wasn't fun the first time, isn't fun now ... Unless you are in to all that drama

      Enova has a really positive learning environment - Enova is great at taking junior rails engineers and sharpening their skills quickly

      Cons

      Definitely a revolving door. I've been there for a little more than a year, and I'm the secondmost senior member of my team. Probably has something to do with being in the payday lending industry
