Legal Loan Sharks with bed bugs!!!! Run!!!!

Pros

There is plenty of projects and new hardware and software to utilize,

Cons

This company has bed bugs in their call center that have spread to the corporate floors. HR and Facilities brush it under the carpet every chance they get. Pay is below market standard. Management makes horrible decisions based on unrealistic timelines set forth by their superiors. The days of this company's dot com culture are gone, the culture is moving very quickly to a corporate environment based on how the new ceo is pulling the strings. (He comes from Wall St. so expect your perks to all be gone by this time next year.) Management doesn't see value in their subordinates, just another seat to fill.

Pros

There aren't many - depending on your role it could be work from home but anything management is hybrid. They have been pushing to go back even though we were highly effective WFH.

Cons

If you are not a part of what I called "The Good Ole Boys Nation" you go nowhere. I have been in L&D for 20 yrs I was recognized several times for my abilities and skills but no matter what I did I was called angry, hostile, and combative. I was never able to move up or out of the department simply due to not being a "yes" person. I was told during one of my year end reviews "all I heard was great things about you but I had to find something so here it is" I was then told I wouldn't support a current initiative. My lack of support as I was told was simply advising I didn't learn the way they wanted me too. I was met daily with micro aggression's and disrespect for my talent and skills; however when they needed someone to step-up it was me who they called on .... go figure.

Don’t pay enough. A lot of turn over for the employees
