      They give out tshirts/cups/trinkets multiple times a year Decent coffee in the breakroom

      Cons

      Big division between operations and corporate Unrealistic expectations from management and corporate They say they value the customer facing operations teams, but don't show it Very few operations employees will ever get corporate positions Bonus plans are ever decreasing

      Pros

      Beautiful office space, downtown center of Chicago but nevertheless was better to leave company is flawed so move on asap

      Cons

      Negligent managers, constant miscommunication culture of neglect, everybody is very boring and average, company business model is flawed and very hard to push ideas forward. There actually is not a lot of ownership going on
