A paycheck, culturally diverse, some incentives, some nice people

Cons

Top heavy corporate lacking consistency. Poorly trained management and high turn over for a reason. Over worked and under appreciated if you allow yourself to be. It's all about the so called metrics. Watch out for those that will take credit for your work. Managers have their favorites, the same ones looking out for themselves. Get the expectations of your position in writing to compare to what you are evaluated on as things change fast. If you keep in mind that you are just a number to this company and are fine with that, you should do OK here.

There are some incredible people that work here.

Cons

There are so many men in high level Contact Center positions that do not have appropriate experience or the skill set to make sound business decisions. This is not a company that values top performers.
