Pros

Easy hiring process and acceptable wages.

Cons

Disgusting company ethics - ran on a cast system. Call center employees are treated as disposable trash and this is proof positive by their record breaking turn over rate. So many outstanding people have lost their jobs for either being sick, injured or accidently late. They have eliminated the entire human element by putting in place ridiculous policies and cold militant management. They even hired Randstad to be onsite to manage the new cattle - and Randstad is far worst in the treatment of their employees than Enova could ever be. My advice - dont get comfortable.

Pros

Benefits, weekly breakfast, location downtown, some of the people are nice.

Cons

Very clicky work environment...upper mgt doesn't understand the groundwork. Managers have no real control over reviews for their team and upper mgt will make the decision without actually knowing anything. Office environment almost feels like high school and if you're not the popular kid then you get passed over for well-deserved promotions. Then you're working under someone who doesn't even know the job and you have to do everything yourself. That person just knew how to go drinking with them a lot and got promoted without the actual work. They also removed some of the benefits like a stocked kitchen with snacks and office parties often ran out of food because they only ordered for half the office. Also, if you ever have any type of complaint that's valid it will still be considered negativity, and they will tell everyone in the office about you. So, you will just be a marked person for a long time until you socialize your way back to good graces. Again, this is high school, and you have to be popular. oh and the CEO never speaks if you're not upper mgt even when you say hi. He acts like you never spoke and possibly beneath him but it is rude.
