Pros

Allow for Certification SMART Trainers are very knowledgeable about the subject they are teaching and they are honestly the best part of the company leadership.

Cons

You resign because you have the right to seek other employment, and then have to be off work due to COVID-19 exposure and they discharge you early. Leaving you with no pay and no health benefits. Leadership in Public Benefits does not communicate with you but only via email or meetings that are documented so they can use this information against you in the future. When you speak up regarding performance issues they bring up and ask for clarification, they completely ignore you. When you have confidential conversations with management regarding other management, they run to tell the others like a high school cliche. They promote you and then give you no extra duties, even though you are in a leadership role. They bad-mouth you to the onsite client that you work for. They do not follow protocols in place for COVID-19 exposure and do not care to educate themselves on the policies set forth by the client you work with.

Pros

Working from home is the only pro

Cons

Management only thinks about themselves and hitting their numbers. They do not care about the overload of work given and even worse, they hire and promote their friends... They don't hire worthy people, just the friends that they are close to. Management is terrible with communication and very slack when it comes to professionalism. The pay is ok but not worth all of the work they expect you to do in a 8-10 hour period. The Directors have no idea how to lead and barely know the assignments or the clients that they work for. The benefits are horrible as well.

Pros

The company had a wonderful culture when I started and seemed to genuinely care about the hospitals and patients that they serve. Overtime with exponential growth the focus is all just cash goals.

Cons

Employees are not paid enough if the incentive bonus isn’t met each quarter. With cost of living increasing the pay no longer is enough to keep people long term.
