      Remote work provided flexible schedules. • Some coworkers were hardworking and supportive. Opportunities to gain experience under pressure.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and communication. Lack of concern for employee feedback or well-being. One person expected to handle the work of multiple roles. Minimal raises (around $0.20) despite added responsibilities. High turnover — seven resignations in under three months.

      Get to work from home & equipment is provided

      Cons

      Amount of calls taken a day (between 60-90) , Unrealistic Metric Goals and QA, Phones are set up to auto dial patients for Cold Collection calls, Constant changes, whether they work or not, Physically and mentally draining, such a bad job for your mental health, poor management, not enough team members, Management refuses to take escalated calls, the pay is not worth all this
