Pros

The benefits such as unlimited PTO were nice.

Cons

The entire senior leadership had no clue what success and a team environment looked like. Extremely toxic. Law suits galore! Stay AWAY!!!

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your contributions over your four years with the company. While it’s disheartening to hear that your experience was not positive, we appreciate the time you took to provide detailed suggestions for improvement. We are glad you found value in our benefits, such as unlimited PTO, which we strive to offer as part of our commitment to team member well-being. However, we strongly disagree with the characterization of our environment as “toxic” and want to address some of the concerns you raised. Our senior leadership team is deeply invested in fostering a collaborative and successful work environment. While we recognize that every organization has opportunities to grow, the claims regarding lawsuits and toxicity do not accurately reflect our company or our culture. As a company, we continuously work to maintain compliance, support a positive workplace, and address conflicts professionally and promptly. The areas for improvement you listed—such as transparent communication, supportive leadership, team member development, and inclusivity—are important priorities for us. We are committed to building an environment where all team members feel valued, supported, and motivated. Many of these initiatives are already in place, and we will continue to refine and enhance them based on valuable feedback like yours. We take feedback seriously and continuously work to create a thriving, inclusive, and transparent workplace culture. Thank you again for your time and service, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your years of service to the company. We’re glad to hear you appreciated aspects like our remote work flexibility and unlimited PTO, which are part of our commitment to supporting work-life balance for our team members. We regret to hear that your experience included challenges regarding growth opportunities, compensation, and management priorities. Career development is something we take seriously, and while we recognize there is always room for improvement, we strive to provide pathways for growth and professional advancement. Additionally, while KPIs are an important part of measuring success, they are not intended to overshadow our commitment to customer well-being, which remains at the heart of what we do. We appreciate your candid insights and your contributions during your time with us. We are committed to learning from feedback like yours to continue improving as a company. Wishing you all the best in your future endeavors.

Steady Decline, Messy Company

Pros

- Close knit teams - Collaborative when you knew the right people - Learned SaaS

Cons

The company is constantly in some state of reorganization, revamping or changing whatever else they’ve decided this week is the issue. What is often missed is the changes are not given enough time to take any level of effect before they change it again. Of the 4 years I spent there, the first few were great. There has been a distinct downhill slide in the last year. Zero attempts to grow or scale - just slinging spaghetti. Mass layoffs - most of which were teams and people who had the history and experience to grow.

Thank you for your feedback and for the time you spent contributing to our company over the years you were with us. We’re glad to hear that you found value in our close-knit teams and the collaborative nature of the environment, as well as the opportunity to develop your skills in SaaS. As a growing SaaS company, our industry is one that demands agility and rapid adjustments. It's crucial for us to stay responsive to the evolving market and customer needs, which sometimes requires us to pivot quickly when new information or opportunities arise. While these changes may feel fast-paced, especially in a dynamic transformative environment, they are driven by our commitment to remaining competitive and innovative. We understand that change can sometimes be challenging, but it's part of what allows us to grow in a highly competitive space. We appreciate your feedback about allowing more time for certain strategies to take effect, and it’s something our leadership takes seriously as we continue to evolve. We're always focused on long-term growth, even if that means adapting quickly along the way. Again, thank you for your dedication and contributions during your time here, and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.
