Pros

Used to be a fantastic company with amazing benefits. Still has some amazing employees and works in an industry that helps the underserved.

Cons

Unless you're an executive, the payscale is laughable when considering the work/life balance they require.

Lots of Words But All Empty Promises

Pros

The shifts are good. Some coworkers are awesome. Generally direct supervisors are good people. The compensation is fair and the general health benefits are okay.

Cons

Removal unlimited paid time off and making every employee regardless of tenure start in the same place. You only gain additional time off after 4 years. Then you gain no additional PTO until you reach 10 years. Removal of salary for some employees changing to hourly. In office work conditions are dreadful. Constantly being promised the Moon but never even making it to Houston. Countless promises that have never been fulfilled by upper management.

We're glad to hear that you find some aspects of your experience positive, such as the shifts, certain coworkers, and your direct supervisors. However, we understand and acknowledge the concerns you've raised regarding certain policies. Regarding the changes to our paid time off and compensation structures, we hear your frustrations and want to assure you that we're continuously evaluating our policies to ensure they align with the needs and expectations of our team members. Your advice to genuinely embrace employee feedback is something we take to heart, and we are committed to fostering a culture of transparency, trust, and mutual respect. Thank you once again for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.

Pros

The benefits! The best I came across in a job search. My original team before TB took over was awesome...

Cons

I spent the whole month of December crying everyday because I was overwhelmed I constantly heard “if your overwhelmed let us know we want to help you” from management but they never actually helped.
