Cons

Bad management, career paths are not clear, zero transparency, little to no work life balance, they dont care if you leave or stay with the company, high burn and churn - almost 90% of my starting class(around 40 people) and a couple of starting classes prior to mine have quit!, lack of emphasis on professional growth...

Pros

It is very easy to get to know colleagues, and it's a cooperative climate rather than highly competitive.

Cons

They expect you to work a lot of hours every week and want to take on lots of projects. In some roles, you are expected to do a large amount of travel, including weekends and late night flights to and from your destinations. The workload is generally overwhelming, so it is very difficult to stay caught up and stay on top of completing projects. Many employees leave after 1 or 2 years from burnout and frustration. The company does not care that the turnover is very high.
