Pros

Good pay, high expectations, same age group

Cons

inconsistent expectations from management who also take advantage of recent college grads, pushing them to work more.

Pros

Challenging intellectual work, great atmosphere for focus on difficult tasks, average compensation considering the work

Cons

implementation team expects constant, difficult, and overwhelming work -- which only becomes more stressful as you do well & handle more, culture celebrates people who work 50+ hours a week, impossible to get good feedback without sacrificing work/life balance in your first year -- if you enjoy challenging work you'd love the company but i'd suggest QM or another division over IS.

Pros

Great compensation. Amazing healthcare package. Smart, competent, trustworthy coworkers. Management is truly invested in making healthcare better.

Cons

No remote work. Expected hours 45+ generally, no overtime. High skill and output requirements. Only 15 days PTO and that will never improve.
