Pros

High pay, good place to build early career skills, most people are nice

Cons

Micromanagerial (ridiculous time logging), culture of talking about how busy you are but not doing all that much anyways, poor response to pandemic, out of touch and with needs of employees

Pros

Great facilities. Great coworkers. High starting pay with quick bonuses based on performance and market adjustments. Lots of travel.

Cons

Starting complex work before completion of training. Many implementers work longer hours than other positions. Difficult to maintain work-life balance. Not much support as an individual from management - everyone is always busy. No remote options, unless becoming an Epic-owned contracted analyst which is not the same job role.
