Pros

Epic has a lot of opportunities for career growth and is willing to invest in its employees through various training programs. Epic also tries to help match employees to their interests. They also pay very well and try to have competitive salaries in the market.

Cons

The company is struggling to meet the changing needs of prospective and current employees by not adjusting to the new normal for work. Things like sick day flexibility, working from home, and allowing employees to have work life-balance, they are falling behind on.
