Pros

Epic has good health insurance and competitive salaries. Most of the people I work with are great — very intelligent, competent, and driven by wanting to create great products and support customers. In the Quality Management role, there's a lot of different areas you can focus on depending on your interests.

Cons

At the executive level, Epic has a terrible culture. They don't respect their employees or trust them working remotely. They will tell you that there isn't a focus on hours, but looking at hours is absolutely part of the rankings process and whether or not you're dinged for working less than 45 hours entirely depends on your TL and how good they are at representing your value. It's also an especially bad place for people with disabilities.
