Pros

Fairly easy to coast Most people are agreeable

Cons

Everything about the company is designed to get you to work more hours and not be compensated for it.

Pros

Benefits are famously good, salary is fine, cost of living is low. All the creature comforts are head and shoulders above a lot in the corporate world.

Cons

Company culture is, eh, very strange, borderline cult stuff. The 10 epic commandments (they're called that) are posted in every bathroom. It seems there's a high burden of work, especially in technical fields, so the company has something of a reputation of hiring fresh college grads that don't know better and driving them into the ground after 1 or 2 years.

Pros

Benefits are great. Culinary is awesome. Cool office space. Generally passionate and success driven folks working there.

Cons

Upper management is disconnected from the actual work. Growth is possible if you fit the agenda.
