Pros

- Pay is pretty solid for a Midwest company - Your boss has prior experience doing your role and is competent in the product - Food is gourmet and incredible at really low price - People you work with are competent generally

Cons

- Expect to work 55-60 hours your first 1-3 years - The better you do the more work you’ll have! - You will have meetings 8-5p every day then be expected to get your “work” done for the day - Everyone is visibly stressed and exhausted most weeks as the role is extremely anxiety inducing - Makes it hard to take care of yourself getting off at 6pm after a 12 hour day

Pros

High performers all around, good health benefits, and the food is nice. Disneyland is fun the first few months too

Cons

It can be difficult to get needed support if you're not the first to point out the problem. Your customer counterparts can feel like second class citizens to project leads which makes being a "team player" difficult.
