Pros

What you do really makes a difference for healthcare workers and patients. There's always something interesting to work on alongside fun, capable people.

Cons

The software Epic makes is so big and full of functionality that it often feels like it takes years to get anything really updated and accomplished, which can be frustrating if you like to see rapid progress and adoption of your work.

Highly variable work life balance. What customers you have make all the difference. Travel will burn you out eventually
