Pros

It's a good job with good benefits and a neat environment. Coming out of college, it's a seamless transition. You start with a bunch of people who are your age and it's really easy to make friends.

Cons

Cultish culture. They make you drink the kool aid in order to make it up the ladder. If you remotely criticize the company you're immediately outcasted.

Pros

Good money, smart people, interesting work if you are into healthcare, strong reputation for training new employees both in applications and as project managers

Cons

Work/life balance was in rough shape, low levels of training for middle management, demanding travel, bends to will of customers
