Pros

-I successfully broke into the tech industry and now get interviews for other tech roles. -I learned basic project management skills and got some experience working with software. -All of the employees are super intelligent, kind, and willing to help. -Every day brings new problems to solve, so work never felt overly repetitive. -Excellent compensation for high performers!

Cons

-Work-life balance is very poor. If you ask your supervisor how to balance a tough workload, the answer is usually to work late at night or on the weekends. -Due to being chronically understaffed, you will be expected to take on responsibilities that should be shared between multiple people. -The CEO holds mandatory monthly meetings to ramble about her personal political views, give grammar lessons, and humble brag about her expensive vacations. -The work from home/remote policy is only 5 days a year.

Pros

Health insurance, pay, and culinary are all impressive. You can take on a lot of ownership and rise very quickly. You’ll learn a lot of valuable skills. Sabbatical is a nice perk if you stick it out for 5 years.

Cons

Culture is toxic. There’s been a massive brain drain recently and everyone remaining is overstaffed and burned out. Their covid response is abysmal and endangered employee safety. Management offers stickers and snacks to increase employees happiness whilst ignoring legitimate grievances. Maternity leave policy is a quarter step up from nothing at all. Vacation policy of 3 weeks is not competitive or sufficient. Presentations to address employee happiness and increase retention are out of touch and focus on how many new people they’re going to hire and how sales is expanding to new markets.

Pros

It ought to be working for a good cause, but every doctor I've ever talked to hates their software.

Cons

Ethical Misconduct, Micro-Management, Cult atmosphere, extreme uncompensated overtime. I'm even scared to write this review in fear that they hunt me down (I think it's been long enough since I was there that they won't find me). There's no such thing as leaving on good terms. Their business model for hiring is to find new graduates who don't know any better, strip them of their humanity, and those that survive the process will stay there for life, never allowed to leave. I left on my own terms out of principle
