Pros

There are employee discounts. That's it.

Cons

Management hides the bad things that's happening to the company from the employees. The company has an unorganized management, and its structure is not known to employees. Also, the work environment is toxic because of the constant politicking by the managers.

Pros

-%50 off meals + 20% off groceries and a lot of the food is delicious and healthy. -8 hour shifts 5 days a week if you need a routine or hours locked in. -Fast paced and day goes by quickly -401 k and health insurance benefits -Not everyone is terrible or against there’s worthwhile people to get to know.

Cons

-Your scheduling needs matter based on you likability to department managers and supervisors. They say there’s only one team but it’s not there’s division between pm and am favorites. - Underrated high performing workers are punished with more work who often leave due to the high stress of expectations. The management expects you to make miracles happen when you have to do the work of 2-4 people nonstop even though there’s constant call outs or multiple within the day which does not at all reflect the wage your paid. - It’s a constant game of “catch-up” in the department since because you have to constantly multitask and pause just to help a customer who most likely going to be talking on the phone while expecting you to help them or they’ll be extremely picky with the items they want served to them which is sometimes nearly impossible. - Highly competitive work culture that don’t want the best for you and people often scheme for opportunities to move up in the company or throw others “under the bus”. - Extremely disorganized without any consistent training for employees or procedures because of the different managers making their own rules for people to follow. Not only that they change their mind every week so nearly impossible to have any consistency. - New employees learn at one location only to get thrown into a new location with people who learned differently which causes so many issues. -Work environment is always a mess and often hostile or toxic. The moment you speak up about issues your considered the trouble maker and often get blamed for others behavior. It feels like there’s a constant target on your back. -Customers are very entitled . - Lack of growth opportunities unless your someone’s “yes man” or are in the managers clique even if you do an outstanding job in every area that won’t matter or be appreciated. - Lack of ethic. The mark up of organic goods and wasted food at the end of everyday. - For a B corporation it took years for them to decide to donate. - Undeserved promotions to people who are the absolute worst and managers have literally lied about a multitude of things whether it be in your face or not.

Pros

I stayed around because it's close to my home. Local customers are mostly kind.

Cons

It's a terribly managed company. Management is racist and has favorites, salary is terrible, tasks are endless and the respect for your personal life is nonexistent. They purposely keep hours cut and make us do the work of two people for one pay, even though we keep asking for more help. Worst job I ever had!
