Pros

Flexible schedule and paid holidays

Cons

-Poor pay -Have to see a ton of patients a day to get a decent check -Many of the patients don't need services but they want you to bill on them or you won't have enough patients to see at a facility Some patients are too cognitively impaired to benefit from services therefore minimizing numbers of patients you have at a facility Travel is terrible even though they promise facilities close to you during recruitment They are inconsiderate of time always wanting you to attend company socials and conferences on your time -NO PTO!!!! Idc how they explain it Insurance is terrible with high premiums, noone takes Prime health The list could go on.....just don't work for this company!

Thank you for sharing your candid feedback. We want to reiterate that we only conduct medically necessary visits for our patients. We encourage you to reach out to our Chief Compliance Officer or report to our compliance hotline if you feel that care is not being administered in this way. We take allegations such as this very seriously. Our PTO system is built to help all clinicians meet their financial goals and was built from the result of direct employee feedback. Clinicians wanted more autonomy in their PTO system, and we believe that this fits the needs of our clinicians. We highly value our employee's time and want to make the most of our programs offered to support them. This is why we offer optional seminars, company socials, gatherings, and continuing education opportunities. We understand not everyone may want to take advantage of these, but they are built into Eventus' culture of growth and continued support.

Pros

Flexible scheduling Management is overall friendly, inclusive, and helpful Rewarding work

Cons

Poor employee retention rate, seemingly due to hostile third-party work environments (e.g. SNF's/ALF's) and underpaid reimbursement, resulting in need to decide whether to overwork or cut one's losses. Employee benefits are poor, leading to cutting corners as a means of saving pennies (e.g. no-name health insurance plan, no "wear-and-tear" per-mileage reimbursement, despite thousands of miles of driving monthly; the company feels they are being generous by providing gas cards and much-to-infrequent oil changes). Company infrastructure is fragile. Rapid exansion and acquiring of additional clients too quickly has resulted in significant overreaching, leading to an insufficient number of available personnel/providers to keep up with the growth. Subsequently, the company culture/expectation is that current employees widen their already-full caseloads in order to accomodate more work/patients/facilities, with the promise that new hires are "coming down the pipeline" to provide relief soon. This leaves both Eventus employees as well as the company's customers (i.e. nursing facilities) desiring more assistance, but receiving none.

Thank you for sharing your Eventus experience. We're happy that you feel that your work with us is rewarding! Thank you as well for the opportunity to address some of your pain points with the company. We want to make sure you are aware of our Vehicle policy on the Eventus wiki, which does account for wear and tear of vehicles through our oil change and tire replacement program. As a physician you are also entitled to the Extraordinary Drive clause for extended travel. We appreciate your support as we grow in Ohio and your leadership is essential to building infrastructure in that area. We’ve had an aggressive rate of hiring in order to serve our patients and our turnover is extremely low. If you feel that you'd like to share your insights further, we want to remind you that your State CMO is always available as well as our CMO and Associate CMO.
