Pros

There is always co-workers willing to help out. Schedule that doesn't interfere with personal life. All provider I have worked with in person or through tele visits have been very nice and understanding. Both Psych and Primary.

You don't have to work weekends.

Cons

Corporate changes rules all the time on their "per the model" Upper management blames support staff for things out of their control. They bring out new rules all the time and expect support staff to enforce the changes instead of enforcing them themselves. You only get 2 recognized holidays a year. You never get praise for anything! Benefits have high deductible and high copay
